Annette was introduced to "orchids" as a solution to artists' block by
her friend, Joy, who said, "Just get a dozen plants for your studio
window. Even when there are no blooms, there are still leaves, stems
and roots with interesting shapes and spaces." It has been a fascination which has taken her to greenhouses on three continents and her "window" continues to offer intersting shapes and glorious colors. |
